Hong Kong, being a leading international financial centre and one of the most active stock markets in the world, has high expectations on listed companies (LCs) in practicing good corporate governance and upholding high standard of business ethics to safeguard the interest of stakeholders.

 

To help company directors and senior management understand their ethical and governance roles, the common ethical risks in LCs, as well as to comply with HKEX’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Reporting requirement on anti-corruption training, the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre (HKBEDC) is going to organise a Putonghua session of the "Ethics Legacy" – Ethical and Governance Roles of Directors and Senior Management of Publicly Listed Companies webinar through the "BEDC Channel".  Details of the webinar are as follows:
